Michelle brings years of teaching experience to the group. She has her Masters in Education, and a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood. She has been an American Red Cross Instructor since 2015.
Adam Olig
Adam Olig is the technology support to this team and the behind-the-scenes person who helps set up all things technology. He also brings his Phy-Ed and Health background into teaching and is passionate about helping students build confidence, technique, and a lifelong love for the water.
Julie Fassbender
Julie has a balance of visionary ideas with the love of lists to make them happen. She has a B.S. Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on working with employees to solve organizational problems. Julie has also been an American Red Cross Instructor since 1996.
Holly Rohlik
Holly brings years of experiences in aquatics as a Lifeguard Instructor and Water Safety Instructor Trainer. She has been a Red Cross Instructor since 2012.
Amanda Connor
Amanda is a former synchronized swimmer with a passion for aquatics! She has held many roles in the aquatic field. She also brings her experience as a Registered Nurse to her aquatic teaching and is thrilled to bring water safety to communities! She has been an American Red Cross Instructor since 2019.
Ellie Eidenschink
Ellie is passionate about sharing her love for aquatics, while helping students feel confident in building their skills. She has years of aquatic experience, including lifeguarding and teaching water safety to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Eric Thorson
Eric is a Lifeguard Training Instructor. He has a passion for teaching and coaching. He is a High School Math teacher. He brings his love for water to his teaching experience.
Emily Bartz
Emily has her Masters in Education, a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood, and a B.S. Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities. She has years of experience as an American Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor.
